Friendliness- Hospitality is just how Christians ought to live. We are one family, connected by God's love, and we'll try to include you in that circle of warmth.

Informality- Pastor Shane rarely robes. Some worshippers wear dresses and ties. Others wear shorts, t-shirts or work clothes. However you want to come, just come. And don't worry about leaving coffee or water bottles outside the sanctuary. Our carpet cleans up fine.

Tradition- Most of our songs are hymns, usually backed by piano. Our service flows from prayer to song to sermon to table to offering. It's classic; it's timeless.

Families- Children have their own space in the sanctuary, if they want it. We have a nursery with paid and background-checked staff.  Children's Worship, led by a team of dedicated volunteers, is also offered. Not lots of kids at present, but we'd love more, and have dedicated lots of our budget to growing youth and children ministries.

Inclusive- We don't look as vast, colorful, and wonderful as what MLK called The Beloved Community, but that's the goal. If diversity excites you, if differences intrigue you, if variety delights you, you'll find FCC comforting.
